Lucas Moesch is an editor at BANDIT, bringing over a decade of experience working with top brands and a passion for cinematic storytelling. Originally from Brazil, he honed his craft at 72andSunny, Final Cut, and Zepplin Filmes before joining BANDIT’s editorial team. His work spans commercials, short films, and music videos, including HISS by Megan Thee Stallion, which topped the YouTube and iTunes charts. His projects have earned accolades such as Silver Cannes Lion, a Grand Cilo, and recognition at La Biennale di Venezia and CICLOPE Festival.
Zeke O’Donnell

Zeke O’Donnell is an editor and director at BANDIT, specializing in crafting compelling visual narratives across commercials, animations, and social media content. With expertise in editing, motion graphics, directing, and photography, he takes a hands-on approach to every stage of production. Beyond the technical craft, he plays a key role in guiding creative teams through the editing process, shaping stories that resonate while balancing artistic vision with strategic thinking. His recent work includes a TJ Maxx spot starring Mindy Kaling for The Change Exchange and a series of CarMax commercials featuring various NBA players.

Annick Mayer is the Executive Producer of BUTTER Music and Sound Los Angeles and an AMP West Coast board member. With a background in music and advertising, she oversees business development, client relations, and creative management. Since joining BUTTER in 2012, she has helped expand the company and foster new talent. A graduate of The New School, she began her career in music marketing and journalism before moving into advertising at Saatchi & Saatchi NY. She later helped establish BUTTER’s LA studio and continues to produce award-winning tracks.

Virginia Scripps
Founder

Virginia is the founder of Press Kitchen, a bicoastal PR agency based in Los Angeles. With a background in copywriting, filmmaking, and journalism, she held PR roles at FX Network and Sundance before launching the agency in 2000. Under her leadership, Press Kitchen has earned awards like the Bulldog Gold Award and Women’s World Awards while also supporting organizations like Homeboy and CLARE|MATRIX.

Han West is a producer and executive specializing in motion pictures and advertising, known for building the architecture that brings storytellers’ visions to life. With a career spanning feature films, commercials, virtual reality, and experiential content, he has worked with top-tier agencies, leading brands, and major studios. His projects have been showcased at Sundance, Tribeca, SXSW, and even the Super Bowl, earning recognition at Cannes and the Independent Spirit Awards. Balancing creative ambition with the practical needs of stakeholders, Han’s work reflects a seamless blend of artistry and execution.
