Meet Our Leaders

Virginia
Virginia Scripps – An award-winning PR company founder in Los Angeles–brings her passion for entertainment and journalism to her leadership role at bicoastal Press Kitchen. She began her career at J. Walter Thompson, NYC, earning an Addy nomination and an Art Directors Award for her “Go Full Tilt” campaign for Snowbird Ski Resort. She later attended Columbia University’s prestigious MFA Film program in New York. Her thesis film screened at the Toronto International Film Festival and Houston WorldFest, among others. Virginia began publishing reviews and articles centering on filmmakers in Film Journal, The New York Observer, The Hollywood Reporter, and more, before launching Press Kitchen in 2000.

Amanda
Vice President Amanda Drum has been a key team member at Press Kitchen for ten years, starting as an intern while pursuing her Master’s in Rhetoric and Composition from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. Amanda’s leadership at the agency centers around insightful story angles, long-standing media relationships, and tireless devotion to clients. Her contributions have led to accolades, including the Silver PR Stars Under 40, The Drum Awards nominations, Women in PR and Business Award Wins, Bulldog PR Awards wins, and others.
