A COO came to Tenacity none too happy. His company was losing clients at a pretty good clip and he thought he knew the issue and needed a solution. After all, the company was making the front page due to the CEO sudden departure and the recent software roll out to its clients left a lot to the imagination. We persisted on assessing the situation and gaining greater insight. He relented and after assessment we found out that while the CEO and software were issues noticed by present and past clients, it was not the main issue. The main issue was the account team was perceived to be overwhelmed and unresponsive. With that information in hand, we were able to create a strategy and execute on a successful solution.
