The project, titled \u201cDriven,\u201d puts Academy Award nominee Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet in the driver\u2019s seat of a high-octane story directed by filmmaker James Mangold. Known for \u201cFord v Ferrari,\u201d Mangold reunited members of that stunt team to deliver an action-packed vision of the all-electric vehicle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<article class=\"b-article-body\">\n<p class=\"c-paragraph u-text-lg\">The short film, made by Lucid creative AOR Giant Spoon, follows Chalamet and model Larsen Thompson in a desert adventure that turns from a roadside mishap into a futuristic getaway. After their motorcycle breaks down, the duo stumble upon a hidden facility, seize the Gravity and tear across wide-open landscapes. The SUV\u2019s mix of space, speed and range is framed not as automotive engineering alone, but as something almost otherworldly.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph u-text-lg\">The spot will air during the NFL livestream between the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers in S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil, this Friday on YouTube and YouTube TV.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph u-text-lg\">The film marks the beginning of a long-term relationship with with Chalamet, with the actor becoming the brand\u2019s first global ambassador. He will appear in additional campaigns and branded content in the years ahead.
