As Manager of Creative Sync + A&R at BUTTER, Malayna plays a pivotal role in bridging artistry and brand storytelling. With a roster of over 60 artists and collaborations with six record labels, her work drives some of the industry\u2019s most impactful soundtracks\u2014including major campaigns like Google\u2019s 2021 \u201cYear in Search.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

From studying studio art to interning at indie labels and eventually joining Glassnote Records, her journey is one shaped by curiosity, resilience, and creative ambition.
