These spots will also be accompanied by a full suite of social and digital media placements.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe continued advancement of women in sports and business is essential to help create a more diverse, inclusive and equitable society,\u201d Jason Girzadas, CEO, Deloitte U.S., said in a statement. \u201cAt Deloitte, we are deeply committed to diversity, equity and inclusion within our own organization and society, and are proud of the influential leadership of women across our organization. Our collaboration with the WNBA and Maximum Effort will shine a spotlight on the incredible impact women leaders make every day as role models and changemakers shaping the next generation.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The research backs it up<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The campaign launched alongside a new survey from Deloitte, which found that 85% of women who played sports say it was important to their career success. Those findings are even higher among women in leadership roles (91%) and women who make $100,000 or more (93%).<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/players.brightcove.net\/377748811\/default_default\/index.html?videoId=6337375720112\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Deloitte\u2019s Impact of Sports on Women\u2019s Professional Success study also found that, of respondents who make over $100,000 annually and are in management or leadership roles, 69% have played competitive sports.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we embark on the playoffs after a milestone season for the WNBA, it\u2019s a perfect time to highlight the importance of supporting women in sports and business at all levels,\u201d WNBA commissioner Cathy Engelbert said in a statement. \u201cAs someone who played sports as a young girl through college, I hope that these efforts continue to inspire young girls and women to keep following their dreams in whatever career they aspire to.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Deloitte has been a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.adweek.com\/convergent-tv\/wnba-completely-transforms-app-website-ahead-of-season-to-grow-fan-base\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">longtime partner of the WNBA<\/a>\u00a0and is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.adweek.com\/brand-marketing\/wnba-att-sponsorship-reimagined\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">an inaugural WNBA Changemaker<\/a>\u2014a partnership and sponsorship program designed to help the league overhaul its business.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/players.brightcove.net\/377748811\/default_default\/index.html?videoId=6337375616112\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Full court press<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>This isn\u2019t the first time Reynolds has teamed up with the WNBA.
