Paul Conrado
Founder
Paul founded Conrado Home Builder’s in the 1984 and worked there until his retirement in 2023. During his 51 years working as a civil engineer and home builder, Paul touched the lives of 1000’s of people and built more than 100 custom estate homes. Paul earned both his civil engineering and MBA degrees from Santa Clara University. He currently resides in Saratoga in a historic adobe home with his wife Libby and continues to advise Conrado on critical issues.
Paul’s legacy lives on based on his organized and methodical approach to business and homebuilding. To this day, Conrado uses the EOS operating system to manage its business, and weekly, one of Paul’s “Conrado Ways” is reviewed and discussed by our entire staff. His collaborative approach is woven throughout our business model and allows Conrado to build homes to our clients exacting standards.
Now fully retired, Paul serves on the Boards of several non-profit organizations, advising them on buildings and grounds issues, and general business practices. In his free time, he serves as Conrado Cellars winemaker when he is not playing golf, making sourdough breads, tending his vegetable garden, and taking adventure travel trips. Life has not slowed down for Paul, it has merely changed direction…
