Colleen Conrado Ferguson
Principal and President
Colleen Conrado Ferguson is Principal and President of Conrado Home Builders. She worked for over a decade side-by-side with her father and mentor, Paul Conrado, in an array of capacities, including Project Engineer, Director of HomeCare, Project Manager, and Chief Operating Officer. Colleen is the first one you will meet and stays engaged throughout the entire process and project. She has been in and out of the construction business for most of her life, and loves rolling her sleeves up, putting boots on, and digging into the plans.
Colleen is a graduate of the design program at Sam Fox School at Washington University in Saint Louis. She has an eye for detail and understands the value of good design. Colleen’s professional career began in San Francisco at an urban planning consulting firm, who worked with many bay area communities on their general plans; specific and area plans and urban design, including station area plans; and zoning during her tenure. She brings this perspective and insight to projects in design and the approval and permitting process.
In her down time, you can find Colleen at unique art installations and exhibits, hiking along the bluff in Sea Ranch, and traveling with her husband, Tom, and young daughter.
Colleen earned a BFA in Visual Communications from Washington University in St. Louis. She attended high school at Saint Francis High School in Mountain View and elementary school at Sacred Heart in Saratoga.
